Thank you to GolfCharlie and Claude Code for fixing the code to work with the newly changed FAA API! They have saved a lot of time. A new image has been created and will be uploaded today and available later tonight. If you don't want or need the image, you can visit https://github.com/markyharris/livesectional and incorporate the changes into your board now.

There has been another change to the FAA API which has again broke the map. We are currently working on this. Check back for fix. If you have the fix please post it. - Mark

Here's my large map at 24" by 36" At first when it powered up, only the lights were working and nothing on the OLED display. SO I carefully looked over the wiring and it looked like I missed a ground wire on the RPI. So I added that and it started working. Whew! I was afraid I'd have to pull the OLED housings off and go through all that.

If anyone in the SF Bay Area is looking I have a 2nd large map that just needs some assembly, I have all the parts I'll sell at cost. Mounted sectional on a board, the same frame, RPI and all the OLED's.

I redesigned my button insert to include a flange to cover up any of the rough edges left from drilling the 1/2" hole they go into.

Hi Ron, your map turned out beautifully. Great job.

Let us know what you need for the other unassembled map. Might be a great first project for someone. - Mark

@markyharris I have the print mounted and most of the light bushings installed. The PCB needs a few wires soldered especially the one with the multiplexer chip. Need to mount the map board to the frame and drill a few holes for the buttons and light sensor. Drill some holes for the wires coming from the OLED mount area.
