Thank you to GolfCharlie and Claude Code for fixing the code to work with the newly changed FAA API! They have saved a lot of time. A new image has been created and will be uploaded today and available later tonight. If you don't want or need the image, you can visit https://github.com/markyharris/livesectional and incorporate the changes into your board now.

There has been another change to the FAA API which has again broke the map. We are currently working on this. Check back for fix. If you have the fix please post it. - Mark

The rotary switch is used with Version 4 of LiveSectional only. This will allow user of the map to choose which weather product to view, METAR, TAF, MOS or Heat Map. In lieu of a rotary switch a web app has been developed that a user can use to control the map as well.

Any rotary switch can be used with up to 12 positions on the switch. The switch should be a 'Non-Shorting' type, in other words, when the switch is moved from one position to the next, it should break contact with the current position before making contact with the second position.

Even though there are only 4 data products to display, TAF's and MOS's can display up to 24 hours in advance. So the first position can be set to METARs, then the second set to 1 hour TAF, then the 3rd set to 2 hour TAF and so on.
