Thank you to GolfCharlie and Claude Code for fixing the code to work with the newly changed FAA API! They have saved a lot of time. A new image has been created and will be uploaded today and available later tonight. If you don't want or need the image, you can visit https://github.com/markyharris/livesectional and incorporate the changes into your board now.

There has been another change to the FAA API which has again broke the map. We are currently working on this. Check back for fix. If you have the fix please post it. - Mark

I have 2 maps going now and they are not even close to showing the same METARS. Even the map layout feature only shows a few IFR spots, but the map is full of RED. All the airport codes are correct. I did have a GND wire going to power +5v so I wonder if I damage the PI?

The LED light colors are correct in the layout settings

The map on the left in the pic is what I believe to be correct. You can see all the airports in red on the right.

Ron, double check that the "RGB or GRB LEDs Used" under "LiveSectional Settings" setting is set correctly for the type of LED's you are using. Based on your picture I believe the one on the right is not set correctly. Double check it. The description states;

Depending on LED model used colors may need to be in RGB (i.e. WS2812 strip) order or GRB (i.e. WS2811 strand). NOTE: If LED Colors seem wrong (typically Red), switch this setting and retry.

Let us know. - Mark

You are a genius Mark, that did it! It's odd as I had it working earlier and the colors were correct. Whew!

No problem. Genius might be a bit of an exaggeration, but I appreciate the kudos! - Mark
