The map locked up last night as one LED was not lit and it never updated, and then this morning when it auto turned on all the LED's were not on. I pulled the power to reboot it and the 8 LCD's work but no map lights. Did something change that provides the data?

Mine also is not turning on. I haven't had a chance to try to investigate yet--will do so this weekend and report back if I figure anything out.

For the last two days, the LEDs on the map are just showing white. I removed the power supply, thinking it would reboot and correct itself, but still showing all white LEDs. Also not able to log into the router with the IP address, it doesn’t look like the IP address changed.

any suggestions would be helpful.
thanks, Tom

Hi Mark,

This just happened to one of my boards as well.  The logs show the following.

Seeing it stop at wipes-v4 I connected to the pi over ssh and tried to run wipes-v4.py by itself. It returned the following error.

pi@LiveSectionalV4:/NeoSectional $ sudo python3 wipes-v4.py

Traceback (most recent call last):

  File "wipes-v4.py", line 797, in <module>

    maxlat = max(latlist)                       #Upper bounds of box

ValueError: max() arg is an empty sequence

The issue started with my map and is still an issue today. I checked the log and found a "FAA DATA NOT AVAILABLE" message. There were 10 attempts, and the software kept looping.

I also had mine stop. Lights are all unlit and can't connect to the IP address:5000. Tried power cycling and no improvement.

Hi Mark, I posted a PR to your GitHub with a proposed fix. Claude Code helped identify the issue and develop a fix. I have it working on mine now, but I haven't tested it extensively.
