Thank you to GolfCharlie and Claude Code for fixing the code to work with the newly changed FAA API! They have saved a lot of time. A new image has been created and will be uploaded today and available later tonight. If you don't want or need the image, you can visit https://github.com/markyharris/livesectional and incorporate the changes into your board now.

There has been another change to the FAA API which has again broke the map. We are currently working on this. Check back for fix. If you have the fix please post it. - Mark
First off all thank you for this entire site. I am completely new to Raspberry Pi. So far I have been able to setup the Wifi and am able to go into the system and configure settings. Now I am starting to set up the airports and LEDs. I cannot get the LEDs to turn on. Not individually or all on for a test. Two different strings of lights same results. I have seen a flash of the lights at first application of power but nothing else. I don't know where to go from here.
Hi Brian, your issue is not uncommon. It invariably stems from a miswired circuit or a bad pin hole in your breadboard, or you may not be grounding the LED's and the RPI together. Best bet is to take a picture of your setup and post it so we can take a look. We'll figure it out. - Mark
Took it all apart and rewired the circuits. Think my problem was I didn't realize that the ground and power wires had to be in a specific order on the board. Lights seem to be working properly now.
Perfect. Great job. Let us know if you have other questions. - Mark
