Thank you to GolfCharlie and Claude Code for fixing the code to work with the newly changed FAA API! They have saved a lot of time. A new image has been created and will be uploaded today and available later tonight. If you don't want or need the image, you can visit https://github.com/markyharris/livesectional and incorporate the changes into your board now.

There has been another change to the FAA API which has again broke the map. We are currently working on this. Check back for fix. If you have the fix please post it. - Mark

I used a duplicate card as the one I had was corrupted and I can no longer connect to the RPI. I used berrylan to get the new IP and connect to my wifi which works fine as it gets the new weather. But when I use the new IP in a Safari window I get a message saying it can't connect to the server. I have done it several times and it won't work.

Hi Ron, you noted that you are able to get the weather, so we know its connected properly to the network. So assuming you are connecting to the new IP address in a browser on the same network, i.e. http://192.166.187.2:5000 and it still won't connect would tell me that the webapp.py has crashed. This is the file that serves all the web pages.

So you can either look at the logfile (and post it here so I can see it) or hook up a monitor and reboot and check for an error message on bootup and post a picture of it so I can see it.

What version are you running? Sorry for the hassles. - Mark

@markyharris Well I can't get the log file as I can't connect to it and connecting a monitor is a pain. I guess I'll just refresh with the latest version which I was running anyway and reload the airport and config files.

Ok, if by chance you do see what the version number was, please let me know. - Mark

@markyharris From a post I made a few weeks ago I saw it labeled 4.335 in the downloads but it said I have 4.346 in the info or something like that. I downloaded 4.335 and used berrylan and it connected to my wifi with the same IP address but I still get the can't connect to server error.

I have the original card that got the weather but won't let me connect, so it may come down to hooking up a monitor
