Hi - So I am running into an issue with the refresh button not working. It is in pin 15 and 16. Let me know any advice you have. Thanks.

The refresh push button is connected to ground on one pin and then to 15 of the RPI. 16 on the RPI is not the correct pin.
Here's a schematic that should help. Also, the GPIO Pinout is attached. You can connect to one of the grounds and it should work. Hope this helps. - Mark
